Check-in Requirements

• Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to book, stay, or participate in services unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Valid ID may be required to verify age and guardianship during check-in or service.
• Guests are liable for any damage to property caused by negligence or misuse. Damages will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs will be billed to the responsible guest.
• Guests must present a valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license, Aadhaar card) at check-in, event entry, or service initiation for verification of identity and age. Failure to provide ID may result in denial of service.
• Dining time may be limited during peak hours
• Guests must pay for all services using approved methods (e.g., cash, credit/debit cards, digital payments) at the time of service or upon check-out. Additional charges for extras or damages must be settled promptly, with transparent billing provided.
